Blue Flower - WIP

WIP of the latest (and only?) picture I could work on lately...
It's around 30x40 cm and I'm doing it mostly to try out my new watercolour pencils since I still couldn't use them even though I bought them more than a month ago, thanks to my stupid art block...

I was not interested in the gory theme, but I loved the pose of that hand quite a lot...

still don't know when it will be finished, especially since I should be working on other things right now... >__> let's see..

Edit: seriously, it's kinda awkward waking up and finding tons of comments about what people thinks is "missing" in this picture...
I never thought I needed to say this but, guys, it's a damn work in progress, OF COURSE things are missing (or look WRONG since they're not finished or even started at all), if they weren't it would probably be a finished picture already o_____o''''

So, here you have my two cents:
1- Judging the shape and dimension of a section of the drawing with no colours or even volumes added to it it's rather useless, believe me. No matter how much care you put in your comment, your critique could be shortened in "Hey, you didn't colour it!", which leads to this answer: "Oh really? I didn't notice that!"
2- This is a photo of the drawing I took standing in front of my desk. This means there are good chances you're not even seeing the real shape of her face, you know, perspective is an ugly bitch sometimes... but again, I really wasn't thinking about needing to explain this while taking a photo of my desk with a drawing on it, my fault...
3- If you were going to spend your time browsing all the way trough DA to find a picture based on the same stock I used, just to post a witty message saying how I'm plagiarizing someone else's work, please take the time to read the few sentences wrote under the picture instead. It will take much less, I swear. Not to mention how this will change my impression about you (not that my impression really matters, of course).

Thus said, I'm really sorry I ended up disabling comments since a lot of people left me sooo many messages which gave me a lot of confidence about this work... THANK YOU!
Also, I'm sorry you had to see this the whole day on the front page, but in my mind it really wasn't meant to end up there... shit happens!
