TheMeanestOfTime - walkthrough

My drawing commissions were getting worse and worse, so this morning I decided it was time to take a little break and work on something personal at least for today...

I thought about sharing the walk-through of this last work of mine with you, maybe you can find something interesting in it (except for shirtless Sywyn, even though I suppose he can be interesting...)

here it's probably even more noticeable the fact that... I never erase.... I always hide the starting sketch under the shading... it looks messy, I know, but I'm too lazy to trace the drawings on another sheet (I only do it on commissions when they ask me the original picture and the starting sketch badly messed up the paper already...)

also, you can see how much I love playing with Sywyn hair...

I used a 2H mech pencil for the sketch, a 2H and 2B wooden pencils for the shading and a 2B mech pencil for the details and lineart
Now I just need to add his scars and other little details here and there, and the picture is done <3
